SHIPPING POLICIES

We deliver handmade gifts in the 50 states of the United States, through our trusted suppliers: USPS, UPS, Fedex

We deliver homemade food only in Newark, DE and surroundings, our food is fresh and homemade. For this reason we still do not have coverage in all the United States. Only in Newark, DE

Our store is open 24 hours a day, however orders are processed depending on your division.

For handmade gifts from Monday to Saturday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm

For lunch from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 am to 9: pm

Delivery times begin upon confirmation of the payment type:

-For handmade gifts all Usa is 5 to 12 days according to election rate,

-For Handmade Box subscription, deliveries will be made from the 20th of the month until the 24th. Subscriptions after the 24th will be taken as the subscription of the following month

For meals in Newark DE and surroundings it is 40 minutes, and delivered maximum until 9:40 pm.

Please note that any order confirmed after 9:00 pm will be taken for dispatch until the next business day.

Handmade Gift all Usa Division:

Monday to Friday: 11:00 am to 9:00 pm

Saturday: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

Handmade Box Subscription: 20 to 24 of the current month

 

Food Division “ajaSnacks” only Newark DE and surroundings

All shipments will generate a tracking number that can be followed on the respective pages of the suppliers,

 

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of shipments varies according to the type of product and the distance to which it is sent, for the “ajaSnacks” food division, only $ 3 delivery to Newark (DE) will be made, for commuter the value will be calculated according to distance. For the Handmade Gift division (not including the Handmade Box subscription) the shipping cost will be subject to the purchase units and the distance starting at $ 3.33 for the smallest item in a 40Kl radius, for the Handmade Box subscription on shipping will be included in the subscription

 

RETURN POLICY

 

For the food division, the product must be verified upon delivery and only at that time can the cancellation and change of the order be requested (no money back requests are received)

 

For the division of gifts the customer will have up to 5 calendar days from the receipt of his order, the return request must be made on the order menu and will have a response time of 24 to 48 hours. The customer may request the change of their product, arrangement or return of money, however under no circumstances the value of the transport can be reimbursed, the costs of reshipment of the product will be borne by the buyer.
