Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our store and is subject to the terms outlined below.

Our warranty covers defects or issues present at the time of delivery only and does not constitute a lifetime or extended guarantee.

Food Division – Limited Warranty

For the Food Division, the warranty applies exclusively at the time of delivery.

  • The customer must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.

  • Any issue, cancellation, or request for order modification must be reported at that exact moment.

  • No refunds (“no money back”) are issued under any circumstances for food products.

Due to the perishable and homemade nature of food items, once the order has been delivered and accepted, it is considered final and non-refundable, and the warranty is deemed fulfilled and expired.

Gifts Division (Handmade, Brands & Retail) – Limited Warranty

For the Gifts Division, this Limited Warranty is valid for five (5) calendar days from the date the customer receives the order.

During this warranty period, the customer may submit a request through the order menu for:

  • Product exchange,

  • Product adjustment or replacement, or

  • Refund of the product value.

Warranty requests will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping and transportation costs are not covered by this warranty and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Once a warranty claim is approved:

  • The company will provide a return shipping label digitally, at no cost to the customer.

  • The customer is responsible for printing the label, properly packaging the item, and returning the product.

  • Returned products must be sent in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or incorrect storage

  • Issues arising after delivery that are not attributable to the product’s condition at delivery

  • Delays or damages caused by third-party carriers

The company reserves the right to inspect all products and make the final determination regarding warranty eligibility.

Limitation of Liability

This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the company.
No other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided beyond what is expressly stated herein, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
