Cancellations, Changes & Returns Policy

Food Division

For the Food Division, the product must be inspected at the time of delivery.

  • Any request for order cancellation or modification may be made only at the time of delivery.

  • Requests made after delivery has been completed will not be accepted.

  • No refunds (“no money back”) are issued under any circumstances for food products.

Due to the perishable nature of food items, all food orders are final once delivered.


Gifts Division (Handmade, Brands & Retail)

For the Gifts Division, the customer has up to five (5) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to submit a return request.

  • Return requests must be submitted through the order menu.

  • The company will provide a response within 24 to 48 business hours.

The customer may request:

  • A product exchange,

  • A replacement or rearrangement, or

  • A refund of the product value.

The following conditions apply:

  • Shipping and transportation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Once a return is approved, the company will provide a return shipping label at no cost to the customer, delivered digitally.

  • The customer is responsible for printing the label, properly packaging the item, and sending the product back.

  • Returned items must be sent in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

The company reserves the right to reject any request that does not comply with these conditions.
