Shipping & Delivery Policy

Coverage Areas

  • Handmade Gifts:
    We deliver handmade gifts to all 50 states of the United States through our trusted carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Homemade Food:
    Homemade food is delivered only in Newark, DE and surrounding areas. Our food is fresh and homemade, and for this reason we do not currently offer nationwide coverage for food items.

Store Availability & Order Processing

Our online store is open 24 hours a day. However, orders are processed according to the corresponding division and operating hours.

Processing Hours by Division

Handmade Gifts – Nationwide (USA):

  • Monday to Friday: 11:00 am – 9:00 pm

  • Saturday: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

Handmade Box Subscription:

  • Orders are processed between the 20th and 24th of each month

Food Division “ajaSnacks” – Newark, DE & Surroundings:

  • Monday to Sunday: 11:00 am – 9:40 pm

Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once payment has been confirmed.

  • Handmade Gifts (USA):
    Delivery takes 5 to 12 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Handmade Box Subscription:
    Deliveries are made between the 20th and 24th of the month.
    Subscriptions placed after the 24th will be scheduled for delivery in the following month.

  • Homemade Food (Newark, DE & Surroundings):
    Estimated delivery time is approximately 40 minutes, with deliveries made no later than 9:40 pm.

Important Notice

Any order confirmed after 9:00 pm will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
