Shipping Policies

We deliver hand-made gifts in all 50 states of the United States, through our trusted suppliers: USPS, UPS, Fedex. We deliver handmade food only in Newark, DE and its surrounding counties, our food is fresh and homemade. For this reason we still do not have coverage in all the United States. Only in Delaware
Our store is open 24 hours a day, however orders are processed from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, delivery times begin upon confirmation of payment:
-For handmade gifts all Usa is 2 to 8 business days according to election rate,
-For Handmade Box subscription, deliveries will be made from the 20th of the month until the 24th. Subscriptions after the 24th will be taken as the subscription of the following month
For Food in Newark DE and surrounding counties it is 40 minutes, and delivered maximum until 11:40 pm.
Please note that any order confirmed after 10:00 pm will be taken for dispatch until the next business day.

SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of shipments varies according to the type of product and the distance to which it is sent, for the food division “ajaSnacks” only delivery to Newark DE and surrounding counties will be made for a shipping value (no matter quantity) of $ 2 ,5 . For the Handmade Gift division (not including the Handmade Box subscription) the shipping cost will be subject to the purchase units and the distance starting at $ 3.33 for the smallest item in a radius of 40Kl

Can I change the delivery address?
You can make the request directly on the page. Keep in mind, the delivery times of your order,
For Handmade Gift: You can make the request, as long as you contemplate if the shipping provider has marked an additional fee for the interception of your order and exchange
For “ajaSnacks” food: Yes, until more than 15 minutes have elapsed from the confirmation of your order
For Handmade Box: You can make any modification before the 18th of each month until 10:00 pm. Changes after this time will be activated for the following month
What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?
You must make sure that at the place of delivery someone can receive your order, for no reason products of the division ajaSnacks food will be left at the door or another place different from the hands of the buyer or who designates it. For gifts and handmade boxes, the delivery provider will leave in front of the door and lift proof of delivery
