Storage Policy.
Flexible space for growing inventory.
Choose the storage model that best fits your operation: per-unit storage, pallet storage, or dedicated space. All products receive the first 20 calendar days of storage at no cost.
Storage benefit 20 Days
Free storage for every product.
Your free period starts when the product enters our warehouse. Storage charges begin on day 21 when applicable.
Storage Options
Three ways to store your inventory.
Your inventory does not always need the same type of space. We offer different storage methods so small sellers, wholesale operations, and larger accounts can choose the most efficient option.
Option 1
Per-Unit Storage
Best for smaller inventories, arbitrage, footwear, or products that move in and out of the warehouse frequently.
- You pay only for each physical unit stored.
- Charges begin after the first 20 free calendar days.
- Rates vary by inventory type.
- No dedicated floor space is required.
Good fit: online arbitrage sellers, shoes, mixed SKUs, and inventory with regular rotation.
Option 2
Pallet Storage
Best for wholesale, refrigerated, or frozen inventory that arrives in larger quantities and can remain organized by pallet.
- Fixed monthly rate per pallet.
- Available for selected inventory categories.
- Useful when per-unit billing is less practical.
- Helps keep bulk inventory consolidated.
Good fit: wholesale cases, larger replenishment orders, refrigerated products, and frozen products.
Option 3
Dedicated Space
Best for sellers who need a defined warehouse area for their operation rather than paying only by individual unit or pallet.
- Billed by square foot per month.
- Rates depend on storage conditions.
- Provides a designated area for your inventory.
- Useful for higher-volume or more stable inventory.
Good fit: growing brands, wholesale accounts, and sellers needing consistent warehouse capacity.
20 Calendar Days Free
Your first 20 days of storage are free.
The free-storage period applies to all product types. Starting on day 21, storage is charged according to the storage option and product category that applies to your inventory.
Storage Rates
Choose the billing model that fits your operation.
Per-unit rates are calculated daily. Pallet and dedicated-space rates are monthly options when available for the inventory category.
| Inventory Type |
Per Unit / Day |
Pallet / Month |
Dedicated Space / Month |
| Wholesale |
$0.02 / day |
$49 / month |
$1.25 / ft² / month |
| Standard Arbitrage Item |
$0.05 / day |
Not available |
$1.45 / ft² / month |
| Shoes / Footwear |
$0.10 / day |
Not available |
$1.45 / ft² / month |
| Refrigerated |

$69 / month |
$2.10 / ft² / month |
| Frozen |

$2.35 / ft² / month |
Per-unit storage is calculated by physical unit, not by SKU or product reference. The best storage method may depend on volume, product dimensions, temperature requirements, turnover, and available warehouse capacity.
Billing
How storage billing works.
Our goal is to keep storage billing predictable and connected to the actual time your inventory occupies warehouse space.
1
Inventory arrives
Your storage period begins when the product is received into our warehouse.
2
First 20 days are free
No storage charge is applied during the first 20 calendar days.
3
Billing after day 20
Storage incurred after the free period is billed monthly. Storage billing is processed on the 25th of each month.
Simple Example
How per-unit storage is calculated.
If one Standard Arbitrage item remains in storage for 30 calendar days, the first 20 days are free. Only 10 days are charged at $0.05 per day.
Storage charge $0.50 for that unit
Important Considerations
Storage works best when inventory keeps moving.
Calculated by physical unit Per-unit storage is based on each individual unit stored, not the number of SKUs or product references.
Long-term inventory creates operating costs Inventory with little or no rotation may generate ongoing storage costs and may be subject to applicable removal, transfer, or disposition policies.
Temperature-controlled space is different Refrigerated and frozen inventory requires specialized capacity, which is reflected in pallet and dedicated-space rates.
Availability may vary Pallet storage and dedicated space depend on product type, volume, dimensions, storage requirements, and current warehouse capacity.
